Project description

Record is a convergent interactive contents management and distribution platform for the cognitive, psychosocial and health-care rehabilitation of people with severe brain damage using the new technologies.

With this project, we plan to design, implement and validate a broadband communications platform that enables the intelligent management of interactive contents with therapeutical application in the severe brain damage field.

Project objectives

From the strategic point of view, this project aims reaching the following objectives:

• Development of new therapies for the integration of people suffering severe mental diseases, such as schizophrenia, by means of the incorporation of information and communications technologies, implying a qualitative step forwards compared to currently used ones.
• Extrapolate contents interactivity technologies and advanced communications systems to the medical world to maximise the exploitation of knowledge and so optimise the use of resources in the health system.
